Our first dinner in Hervàs could not be better. We came here following a suggestion of a local person and we absolutely loved it. We had the tasting menu, which was super interesting because it was mainly based on local ingredients and recipes but with a modern twist. The Gilda was one of my favourite as well as the aubergine. The service was excellent and the waitress even noted that I was using the fork and knife in reverse and started placing them swapped on the table, which was a great sign of attention to details! Also the amount of food was very good, we left quite full and very satisfied! Would go back again if I am in the area again!

It was a magnificent experience of their primeravera menu ! No matter the colour, texture, or smell of food are perfectly matched with imagination and creation. It is a must for visiting Hervas.

Absolut joy all around. Hard to choose between the food the service and the decor. Even the price is competitive. Spanish restaurant with just the right modern touch. The service was sooo good. Definitely worth a detour if in the area.

Great place. Service is attentive and professional. The food is both delicious and imaginatively prepared (we opted for the tasting menu). Additionally, the price is more than reasonable, providing excellent value for both food and wines. Recommended!
